YOU CHANGE

The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is instead exchanged for one of a lower amount, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can only be spent on ev8style.com. The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in their original packaging and have NEVER been used outdoors.

To exchange goods and reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact us at the assistance service via email by writing to us at info.ev8@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

To return the goods you have two options, the first: it is the EXCHANGE method or, after contacting us and reserving the goods for exchange, they will be sent to you immediately via our courier who will collect your return upon delivery (EXCHANGE) . All at a cost of €15.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. The second: insert €10 inside the package for the return shipment and send the product via courier or post at your expense by entering at our office:

Shipping for returning the products is the responsibility of the customer, as are any customs fees (in the event of returns outside the EEC). Only after receiving the package sent by you, we will ship the new product.

RETURNS

To make a return it is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging, that they have NEVER been used outside, after which contact us at the assistance service by email writing to us at info.ev8@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. When the inspection department confirms that the product returned by you is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with the details relating to the refund which will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with cash on delivery we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue a refund.

Shipping for returning the products is at the customer's expense, as are any customs fees (in the event of returns outside the EEC). We also offer a courier collection service at a cost of €15 which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.

SHIPPING TIMES

All products are created after your order to give a unique and artisanal look to your product. Standard shipping of products available in stock is normally carried out within 1-5 days (Italy). Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made via insured courier to guarantee your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can extend the delivery time by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

SHIPPING RATES

HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT

To follow your shipment step by step we have various free services available to our customers. You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (provided the email provided is real) or even via SMS (provided the number provided is real) This last service is available only for Italy.
