Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times: all models are produced after the order is placed to ensure a handcrafted and unique result. Standard shipping is carried out within 1–5 days, while express shipping takes 1–3 days. All deliveries are insured and may be subject to delays of up to 24 hours in case of unforeseen circumstances. Tracking is free and available via account, email, or SMS with valid contact details.

Any customs duties or import taxes applied in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping rates for Italy: express delivery is available within 1–3 business days at a cost of €19, while standard delivery takes 4–5 business days and is free of charge.

Shipping rates for the United States and the rest of the world: express delivery is available within 1–3 business days for €19, while standard delivery (4–5 business days) is free; please note that customs duties are not included in the price and are always the responsibility of the customer, depending on the delivery country.

Shipping rates for the European Union: standard delivery takes 4–5 business days at a cost of €25, with no customs duties to be paid.

Returns and refunds are not available for CUSTOM-MADE models produced on request, nor for unjustified reasons of personal preference.
