Even when no specific aesthetic customization is requested (such as engraved initials, color changes, or heel adjustments), each sandal is uniquely adapted to the customer’s foot.

As soon as we receive your order, we always ask for photos of your feet in order to craft a tailored sandal: for this reason, each product is considered custom-made, and we do not offer refunds.

However, our goal is always to ensure the perfect fit.
If the sandal feels too tight or too loose, we’ll make all necessary adjustments — at no additional cost. Our sandals can always be fine-tuned until they feel just right for you.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for another of equal or greater value by paying the price difference. If you choose a lower-priced item, we will issue a store credit (not a monetary refund) to be used exclusively on our website.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
The product must be completely intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

How to request an exchange:

1. Contact us first via email at info@nanapositano.it or on WhatsApp at +39 391 774 0190.

2. You can choose between two return methods:

   • EXCHANGE SERVICE: We ship the replacement product via our courier, who will collect your return at the same time. The service costs €15, to be paid in cash to the courier.

   • Standard Return: You send the product back using your preferred courier (at your expense) and include €10 inside the package to cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for custom-made sandals.

For standard products (not personalized or made-to-measure), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in brand-new condition, unused outdoors, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us via email at info@nanapositano.it or via WhatsApp at +39 391 774 0190.

Once our team confirms the item is returned in perfect condition, we’ll issue your refund using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN for reimbursement.

You can return the product in two ways:

• Send it back at your expense. Shipping and any customs fees (for orders outside the EU) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Request our return shipping service for €15, which will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING TIMES

All products are created after your order to give a unique and artisanal look to your product. Standard shipping of products available in stock is normally carried out within 1-5 days (Italy). Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made via insured courier to guarantee your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can extend the time by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

SHIPPING RATES

Rates are calculated by the system during purchase. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Below is a table with a summary of costs divided by area. Rates are expressed in Euros € .

HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT

To follow your shipment step by step we have various free services available to our customers. You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (provided the email provided is real) or even via SMS (provided the number provided is real) . The latter service is only available for Italy.

Returns and refunds will not be made on CUSTOMIZED models upon request.

RETURNS

The deadline for making a return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To make a return it is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging, that they have NEVER been used outside, after which contact us at the assistance service by email writing to us or on WhatsApp . When the inspection department confirms that the product returned by you is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with the details relating to the refund which will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with cash on delivery we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue a refund.

Shipping for returning the products is at the customer's expense, as are any customs fees (in the event of returns outside the EEC). We also offer a courier collection service at a cost of €15 which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.

YOU CHANGE

The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is instead exchanged for one of a lower amount, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can only be spent on our site. The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in their original packaging and have NEVER been used outdoors.

To exchange goods and reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact the assistance service via email or on WhatsApp.

To return the goods you have two options, the first: it is the EXCHANGE method, that is, after contacting us and reserving the goods for exchange, they will be sent to you immediately via our courier who will collect your return upon delivery (EXCHANGE) . All at a cost of €15.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. The second: insert €10 inside the package for the return shipment and send the product via courier or post at your expense by inserting it at our office.
